LACON – The Bureau, Putnam, & Marshall County Health Departments announced Saturday three new cases of coronavirus. They say a girl and a man and woman in their 30’s tested positive for COVID-19 and are recovering at home. Marshall County has had 21 confirmed cases since the pandemic began.
