LASALLE – The Illinois State Police last Wednesday investigated various businesses in LaSalle County to determine which may be selling alcohol to those under 21. The Alcohol Countermeasure Enforcement survey found 19 businesses were in compliance and denied service to a minor, however, five individuals at different businesses were charged with allegedly Unlawful Delivery of Alcohol to a Minor, a Class A misdemeanor. All five were released with a notice to appear.
