Canadian women finds intruder sleeping in her home, 911 suggests she wakes intruder

Angela Chalmers of Winnipeg Canada awoke to find an intruder in her home, asleep.  She ran upstairs, alerted her roommate and they barricaded themselves in her room and called 911.  The dispatcher let her know that they are very busy and it will be awhile before police would arrive.  The dispatcher then suggested that she wake the intruder up and ask them to leave.

Chalmers remained barricaded in her room for 20 minutes until police arrived.  When they arrived it took four officers to remove the intruder from the home because he became aggressive once awoken.
