Woman blares “Who Let the Dogs Out” to get back at neighbors

An Australian woman has gone viral on TikTok because she blared “Who Let the Dogs Out” to get her neighbors to stop letting their dog bark all day and night.  She had asked nicely for them to do something about the insistent barking and their response was the dog was old and there was nothing they could do.  She took matters into her own hands, set up a speaker just outside their fence and blared “Who Let the Dogs Out” on repeat, as well as adding some other dog songs and sounds.  Months later the dog has not been out barking all night long any longer.
