Livingston County Health Department School & Sports Physicals

The Livingston County Health Department (LCHD) is now scheduling 2018-2019 school and sports physicals, including physicals for college students. Students may also receive any required and/or recommended immunizations during their visit to the LCHD. Anyone can have their school and sports physical completed at the LCHD, regardless of county residency. Physicals are available by appointment only from 8:00am to 1:00pm for the following Wednesday dates: 20th, and 27th July 11th, 18th, and 25th, and August 1st. Charges will be billed…
