MENDOTA – Although the doors to Mendota City Hall are closed to the public, City Clerk Emily McConville says she’s still able to register residents to vote. McConville explained Thursday at the city’s council meeting that individuals only need to give her a call at the office to get registered. Also at the meeting, Mayor David Boelk said the city could come out of it’s emergency order as early as the start of September at Thursday’s city council meeting. He stated that Mendota has gone four days without any cases, although he doesn’t want to make any concrete statements regarding the end of the order
