A man in Pennsylvania who dresses up as Captain America for events, was a real hero Monday. He noticed a truck out of control and that the driver was passed out. He did a U-turn, got out of his vehicle, dove in through the passenger window and was able to stop the vehicle. The driver was in diabetic shock.
