UTICA – The multi-million dollar project to transform the intersection of US Route 6 and Illinois 178 will resume in 2023. It currently is a four-way stop until the $2.4 million dollar construction of the new roundabout is complete. The Illinois Department of Transportation estimates it should be fully built by early summer.
