Illinois River crest moves to Henry

PERU – The Illinois River crest has moved to Henry, according to the U.S Army Corps of Engineers. Mayor Scott Harl says as of Sunday morning, the river has fallen upstream of Peru. The current  forecast is up to 1.5 inches of rain today, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Flood warnings
