Freedom from Smoking Class Starts Sept. 25 at IVCH

The only hospital-based stop smoking program in the Illinois Valley area begins its fall session at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 25, at Illinois Valley Community Hospital in Peru.

Endorsed by the American Lung Association, the IVCH Freedom from Smoking program is a series of eight classes that meet over a seven-week period in the IVCH special procedures conference room.  The $40 enrollment fee includes a book and a relaxation CD.
