The Relay For Life of Upper Illinois Valley “March To A Million” campaign will host a Community Leader Breakfast Friday, October 26th, in the fellowship hall of St. John’s Lutheran Church, 607 10th Avenue, Mendota. A complimentary light breakfast, coffee/beverages, and staffed information tables will be available throughout the event’s 7 AM to 9 AM time-frame. The same, brief cancer-fighting campaign presentation will be given at 7:15, 7:45, 8:15, and 8:45 AM, for attendees’ convenience.
The leaders’ breakfast welcomes all Mendota, LaSalle, Peru, Oglesby, Ottawa, or surrounding Upper Illinois Valley business, faith, or civic-service leaders. There is no need to rsvp. Questions may be directed to rfluiv@gmail.com. Campaign information may be found at www.1mil.org.
